1. What will the program include?

Ads will also appear within the pages of the program book getting high visibility throughout the programs, artist and board biographies, credits and related articles in the book.

2. Who will read the program?

 


3. What advantages come with this advertiser/supporter relationship?

Inclusion in a program book distributed at a minimum of nine concerts from September 2008-May 2009.

Concerts are presented at eight important area venues in Hampshire, Hampden and Franklin counties.

Advertisers can become concert information sites for brochures and posters if they desire.

5. What do I need to provide?


Be sure to complete the order form/contract (printable PDF)


You can supply your black and white ad the following ways:

(1) camera ready copy to be photographed for the appropriate size above, clean laser printed @ 600 dpi on RC paper

(2) business card with instructions about which size you want it to become in the ad

(3) computer disk or email attachment of your ad in one of the following programs:

·         Quark Express 4.0, Pagemaker 6.5 w/ fonts & linked art work:  PC or Mac

·         line-art graphics @ 1200 dpi, bitmap (B&W, not grayscale), either TIFF or Vector EPS files

·         Photographs @ 300 dpi grayscale TIFF scanned @ final desired size

·         Electronic art should be submitted on a ZIP disk or other format which will be returned to you

6. Arcadia Players
is an ensemble of musicians whose repertory is the music of the seventeenth, eighteenth, and early nineteenth centuries, and whose instruments and performance practices reflect the spirit and style of the period in which the music was composed.  Arcadia Players seeks to communicate the spirit of the Baroque by:


Striving for excellence in performance and programming

Developing a regional ensemble


Broadening the audience for live musical performance

 

Arcadia Players is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Past Arcadia Players concerts have been funded by innumerable generous individuals, advertisers, corporations, and foundations including: the Massachusetts Cultural Council; various local Cultural Councils in Western Massachusetts; the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts; Prudential Securities, a division of Wachovia; Florence Savings Bank; WFCR Public Radio; and the Massachusetts Center for Renaissance Studies.
